Refund/Return Policy

All items are final sale.  However, you have 48 hours after delivery to inspect your item and contact patinavie@gmail.com to initiate a return of an item if you are not satisfied. The buyer pays for outbound and return shipping.  In your return request to patinavie@gmail.com please include:

1. The reason for the return

2. Your Patina Vie order # (find this in your order confirmation email)

3. If the item arrived damaged, photos of the damage

Once we review your return request, we will send you a pre-paid Fed Ex return shipping label. The buyer is responsible for safely packing and shipping their item back to the Patina Vie. Each returned item must be received in original condition. We reserve the right to deduct for any damage that may have occurred after an item was delivered to the buyer. A refund of the purchase amount, less return shipping fee and any charges for which the buyer is responsible, will be processed upon confirmation that the item has been safely returned to Patina Vie.

Complaints

Our goal is for you to be completely delighted with your purchase.  We will do our best to satisfy the situation; however, there is no guarantee of a resolution.

Legalities

Patina Vie (seller)  is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item.  If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.
